It would help in new batteries by decreasing chance of any buildup on cells. It certainly helps with dead batteries, i was sceptical at first, but ive used it in my zook and statesman batteries when i killed them from being discharged too long. Just poured in some Inox, charged em for 24hrs and they were as good as new, brilliant stuff!
Innox info
In the info / instructions or on the box it says that innox will double your battery warranty if you add the required amount to a new battery when you buy it. I have it in my battery and a mate said it kept a battery alive after it seemed to be on the way out.
You never know if you never go.

Cheers, That sounds similar to what happened with the battery in the Senator as I do not drive it much but it seem to go flat quickly thought maybe the alarm and flahing red light was making it go flat and I had charged it too many times. No lights are staying on.
