my older bro is thinking of import his safari from new zealand into aussie so he can tow acaravan around on tour , he's spent a lot on it so doesn't want to sell it and buy one over there

have thought about doin the same thing, what are the hurdles for getting one into the country?...in particular QLD and northern territory.
There's some pretty cool exploring to be done for sure!
Although I think there are some pretty tough regs to comply with in some states concerning tyre size ride height etc.

I have taken vehicles both way across the ditch. roll on roll off is the cheapest way to go.
