Short answer(assuming you're actually asking if a 33x12.5x15 will fit): Yes
Long: Wont handle well and pron to sidewall damage due to being tucked in to far! best would be a 15x8 second best 15x10 last a 15x7

if the tyre is 10" wide or less it will be perfect if its 12" wide it might crown abit but incase you dont know 33" is the outside diameter, 15" is the inside diameter and 7" is how wide it is.
nissan 98 gu 5" lift 37 creepys, 80%reduction gears, front locker and a gen3 and no money.

if it is the standard variety (33x12.5x15) it will fit but there will be issues, read above, and it also will be illegal as that size 33 should be on a 8inch wide rim at least.

Thanks for the quick replies fellas, it is a 33-12.5-15. Should have went into more detail in my first post. I wont be running it on all 4 tyres, this is only for a spare. Got the tyre and i have the rim sitting there and thought if i could i would put it on that to save a bit of coin where possible.

I thought it would be fine for a spare but a mate thought otherwise.
Opinions, fine for a spare?
cheers

If it is only a spare should be alright, but if you see a cheap 15x8 would pay to grab it and use it that way there shouldn't to many issues if you have to use it

16 inch steelies are dearer than 15 inch ones, still they are more expensive these days, used to be able to get them for $40 each.

It'll be fine as a spare but in the event of an accident it is illegal so gives them more ammo to not pay if you were running it!

As far as I know the legalities of a spare only come into pay when it is on the car, ie attached to the axle and used on the road

AFAIK, a spare, where carried, must be roadworthy. Not having a spare is legal, unroadworthy spare is illegal.

Not up in Qld only has to be legal if it is fitted to an axle. Know A few guys that do roadworthys, and not dodgy ones.

I've also been pulled up and had a dodgy looking spare and nothing was said about it, got a couple of other little defects tho
