1HDT big end torque specs

hey guys im replacin me big end bearings tomorrow and was wondering
if anyone knows the torque setting for the caps :D .

Check your rocker cover if the sticker is on the side still pretty sure they are on there.

Hopefully have the engine back in the next week or so. It had a fair bit of damage needed a cam and a rod everything else could be saved.
