this is my axle swap project toastmaster cut the ifs off, squared up and welded the axle in for me, along with removing the body that was on the this frame. Now that we've moved it back to my garage i'll be swapping my 89 chop top body on to the 88 frame along with installing the motor tranny and t\case. We still have a little more welding to do along with moving the steering box forward.
Here is how it sits now

7 leaf Jeep J20 leafs FSJ dana 44
Rear
Mitsu 8" W LSD stock leafs and shackles
