Brad hows ya ears after having Sue drive you home ?

Ok back to the racing ,saturday we had smaller than usual competitor numbers but that made for more tracks being run .the officials made a woodfire challenge ,the object was too carry a piece of pre cut fire wood upto the main camp area that gave you bonus points then later that night they had to come to camp area and place wood on fire for extra bonus points.
Sunday we gave all teams 2 witches hats each and told them to place them on obstacles and they gave other competitors instructions on how they wanted that obstacle to be driven .it was their chance to make the tracks as it was wet and slippery they all had fun. Monday was finals day, 2 tracks where run for this fast and exciting racing . hope to see all competitors for round 3 cheers Mick

Well what a weekend. we turned up without a clue on tracks, people, our buggy, etc etc. bloody long trip but well worth it. We finished 3rd outright in outlaw class . But i must say that every competitor there should congrat theirselfs for the support they gave us over the whole weekend. the organisers were fantastic, and the tracks were hard and fast. we will be back for round 3 , in september and once again , thankyou everyone for making our weekend THE MOST FUN COMP WE HAVE EVER SEEN ! WELL DONE !

well done guys.glad you came up and had a run in the sunny state. we normally do this event but the old bus needs a bit of love still. will be ready for round 3 though.
we have only done a few events but this event is by far the most fun you can have. everyone involved from competitor/officials and organisers are having an absolute ball from start to finish. good to see someone else thinks the same. will see you at rnd 3 for a drink.
hope everyone that took a log to the fire survived. last time ash and i went up i think someone must have spiked one of the many drinks we had. . a bit seedy the next day. bloody Craig.........

ps.. and lukes4x4 a warning.at mud bulls stay away from barbie and that mechanical bull.. ;)
only the first roll hurts, then its a ride..

Haha i`ll take that advise i think. I`ll try and do the finals this time on four tyres instead of three. ps i ripped the tyre off the bead at the start gate. I`ll bring my team of keen lukey supporters and also the detailers as they did a fantastic job of cleaning the truck between stages.

Lukey....

Gday All , we are heading up for a track maintenance weekend on the 29th and 30th of this month, if anyone is interested.Bobcats, excavators, shovels ,bring whatever you can .Let me know if you can donate any time or machinery.
We have a Bobcat and an Excavator from Ozcat contracting coming along as the track need s a bit of work after the last rounds rain.
Hope to see lots of competitors for the last round of the year. This will also include King of the Mountain.
Once again we will have some sort of a twist to the racing to keep you all having fun
Cheers Mick
