I've got a '94 NJ J-top, with the 3 ltr V6, and it's playing up like a bugger. Overheats, then doesn't. Idles fine, then doesn't.
Anyone have any thoughts on where to look?
Head gaskets? Water pump?
What should I be looking for?

Thanks Scott,
But no, it's very odd, can play up one day, then run fine the next. I've replaced the fuel filter thinking it was that for the idling, air filter hit with the air compressor, all the plugs are nice and white, and I've hit most of the electrical connections with WD40.
Thinking perhaps head gasket?
Any thoughts anyone?
