hey bud, i got my gq cut into a dual cab style side up here in brisbane. with the cut, spray on tray liner, interior on the back wall redone and headliner, all painted ready to go and mod plate it cost me $7,500, i love it. i haven't seen another one in brisbane yet but i'm sure i will.
me and my old man just choped his wagon into a duel cab tray back and with us doing all the work and just paying for materials, paint, consumibles, a steel tray, rear window & seal, and engineering it was about $2000.
I was referred to a dude by the guys at Patrolapart, Lilydale. Apparently he is doing these Dual cab chops for under 5 grand with engineers cert. Raslarr Engineering, Rob Paterson, Ph 0413516796. He is out in Gladysdale near Yarra Junction.
