why?

Wouldnt the motor struggle abit unless its on boost all the time? Best option would be to use a complete RB30 GQ box, but then you'd probably be better just buying a RB30 GQ (cheap!) and slapping a RB25DET into that

i dont think you'll be able to do it legally, that might not matter to you, but EPA says can only go 114kg heavier in tare weight

60seires tare weght something like 2140kg, and a r33 1320kg

wouldn't that mean most engine transplants would be illegall as well? Example a fuel injected 5L form a VN commodore into a cruiser/patrol

I know of a few 350 chev 60's running dual fuel with certification tho i think 80's have to be LPG or injected and running all the emmision gear like cats and the like

so far i found the only way to do it is to put an RB30 i think thats right GQ gear box behind it and the that means having to put a gq rear diff in it.....

so all up i would have a cruiser body on missan running gear your thoughts???

in hind sight i would have coils and stronger diffs?? but then will i be better off just dumping a injected 5l in it???

cheers andrew

Put a 12HT in it. Good power, good fuel economy, easy to fit, easy to get parts, easy to approve.
