"A" frame
"A" frame
Hey guys I was wondering if anyone had some pictures of "A" frame set-ups. I am trying to decide what design to go with. I am aware that suspension geometrys are difficult to caluculate, that's why I would like to see pictures of what works and what doesn't. Even if it's not an "A" frame I just need some ideas about arm lengths and mounting positions.. So any pictures will do. Thanks

To calculate A-frame, just use the 4 link calculator but have the uppers converge at the point where the a-link joint is. Why A link instead of triangulated 4 link?

its all in the link setup "A" frames, 4 links ,3 link panhards can all be setup with zero steer if you know what you are doin31zook wrote:Im not the king of linkages or anything but what i've seen A frames rear steer pretty mad, and a tri 4links are true track. this is petersons write up on it, it has all the info needed to figure it all out
