I know it a 4wd site guy but im desperate, has anyone done this before.
1993 80 series, 4" tough dog adjustable bb lift kit, LPG, 35" MTR'S

Get two hammers, try and hit opposite sides of the ball joint at exactly the same time hard. Keep trying cause when you do manage to hit both sides at exactly the same the ball joint will drop free, might take a few swings.

Agreed two hammers is the only way I know how to do it !!!!

fgn rgn mgn, ive been trying all day with one hammer, cheers guys will try again next tuesday when i get another day off.
Was quote 340 to have it done by a mechanic, stuff that when the parts were 20 buck an could do it in a few hours if i knew what i was doing.
