Engine oil cooler leaking

Hi has anyone come across the engine oil cooler behined the oil filters leaking oil into water.

any feed back would be great thanks.

Not myself, or on my 4wd, But I have seen it happen on diesel engined
trucks. The body corrodes away and lets oil into the water.
