no because the tires aren't covered by flares or body work.

there's probably more reasons that I don't know of yet.

Tyre size would probably be an issue for legality, the flares could be brought out wider to cover the tyres plus addition of mudflaps, and I would ditch or minimise the rear cage.. but probably not a legality issue for here.

MARTS build was fairly similar and his was road going...not sure how legal but from all reports it didn't get that much attention from the cops

Its hard to tell from the pics but you could get somthing similar (Mart style).
It does look like its very well built.
I had a "random" call to the rta pits as on paper my zuk looked "wild" and "highly moddifed". But upon insepection they were impressed with it and couldnt beleive how low it was, he expected some "sky high monster".
So from all my mods the ones they picked were very small pink slip type stuff and NO extended shakles and check my seat to roll cage clearance.
So with some talking to an engineer as long as you covered the tyres you,d get somthing close.

wheelspacers and tyre coverage are the only obvious problems I can see, other than tyre size. If you used the right rover diff parts (yes, really) the tyre size may even be engineerable, although the overall height might also become a problem. the tyres look to be 35's to me on a hilux diff, so that's a no go in any state AFAIK, and a no go under the NCOP.

Sailsbury rear and the right combination of front parts that mimic an FC101 will allow a 38"tyre to be certed.

FC101's ran 9.00X16 tyres stock - that's 36"

I'm unsure if it's possible to run the same front hub arrangement on a Range rover style housing. If it is, it might be possible to cert 38's on a housing that's about the same size (and weight) as hilux. Using a series III rear sailsbury might make the width and offset about right and runs 4.7 diff gears.

38's have been certed on landrovers, there's no real reason why with the same parts under a sierra that it's not possible on a sierra either.

There's lots of other issues - brake efficiency, overall height, and the weight of the axles, so it's not an easy path, but that doesn't mean it's impossible.

That might be not worth the effort for the small gain - 34's a pretty easy using 60 series or patrol diffs, but if you really want over 34" legally, it might be possible.

As an aside, it might not be possible to cert over a 34" tyre using Dana 60 diffs - the tallest stock tyre I've been able to find on a D60 is a 7.50 16 on chevy pickups.

D70's, which are REALLY big and heavy, can be legal with up to at least a 39" tyre - some pretty big tyres were certed on OKA's, but that's way too much diff for a sierra.

Portals are another way of certing big tyres, but once you add the height of the portal box plus the tyre height "lift" - it's impossible to stay within the 150mm maximum lift height under the NCOP.

a couple of months after i got my zuk engineered another local also got his swb sierra on lux diffs and 35s engineered for all mods.Fairly high with spring and bodylift.So where exactly is the limit at or does it depend on who you get?
sierra truggy,37 sticky treps,propane,6.5s and disconnect,lux diffs with spools,16" fox shox,hydro steer.
