recalibrating a speedo???

k guys i need to re calibrate my speedo in my 80, how do i go about it, who should i talk to, are there kits available? if anyone hav info or links its would be helpful!

Get a GPS and check how far it is out then go from there? =p.

marks 4x4 adaptors sell a kit with a 2 position switch $165 i think

Jaycar have an electronic speedo corrector for about $60 in kit form. Worked well on my old Rodeo. I had a switch to go from standard to the corrected setting.

There's a place in Carrington near newcastle called Namiss Speedo service
there really good i've used them a few times

those speedo correction units like marks adapters are for electronic speedos. early 80s are cable driven, so make sure yours is an electric one before buying!
