Hey guys.
My brake proportioning valve doesn't seem to work right.
I have extended it when I lifted my truck but it still plays up.
Now I got my hands on a manually adjustable one but the question is now where do I install it?? The original one has 3 connections, 2x"F" and 1x"R".
The manual valve only has "IN" and "OUT".
How are the lines routed? There seems to be a "distributer block" mounted on the chassis rail just under the master cylinder. Does anybody know how the lines are split up and which one goes where?
Do I have to just get rid of it, get a block that merges all 3 connections and just put the valve into the line that goes to the rear brakes?
I don't have ABS obviously.
It's a bit hard to explain all this. I though I could just replace the original valve but that doesn't seem to be the right way to install it.
Your help would be much appreciated!
