Hi problems with oil pump, or maybe not , Gage showing little pressure at idol, is this normal, when the reves go up the needle moves to a quarter on the oil gage, if there is a problem, where is the pump in the engine. Thank you
Johnflink - low oil pressure can be caused by a clogged oil filter or insufficient oil as well as a faulty pump.
I am not that familiar with the L28 but the pump is, I believe, located under the distributor. Remove the distributor and the oil pump and drive unit can be removed as an assembly.
You can download the whole Nissan 160 (MQ/MK) Service Manual from
http://www.nissanclub.cz/manuals.php?&lang=cze&kols=4
It is in 22 rar files and you have to download them all but it is worth taking the time to do so as the manual is excellent. The section you want is LC-4 Engine Lubrication and Cooling systems which tells you how to take the pump apart and service it.

PS The needle should be in the middle of the guage when the engine is warmed up.
