what is it made of? and how much is it?

I used 10mm foil backed closed cell foam from clark rubber, its available with self adhesive one side. It made a big difference.

Yeah, cuz i have stripped the yukky vynal in my 79 cuz it was going foul due to all the shit i split in the car haha. None the less, im looking to sound proof the firewall on the engine side and soundproof the back and floor of the cab so i minimize heat and noise.

Would the clarky rubber stuff be the best?
