As mine is coming on after about 30 sec or so

I wouldnt drive the car, if the light comes on and is working as it should be, check the sender isn't faulty, it will be causing damage and it won't last long, toyota and most other makes set the light to come on when its to late.

Is the oil low?

Hook a multimeter up to the sender, the resistance should change when the motor turns on, replace the sender and see if it does it.

Does the oil light turn off if you give the motor a quick rev?.

The oil pump is spun directly off the crank, it mounts to the crank on a key, so it can't be a slipping/broken belt/chain obviously.

If you've driven the truck for a bit i'd "guess" that the sender/light is faulty as it comes on at like 2-5psi which is to low to get the oil up around the head etc.
