It was harder than i thought.. GU is rooted ..finished all 8 events but this may be the last event this car does..

Yeah, you were lookin pretty banged up yesterday. Pitty they forgot about having recovery vehicals on some of the courses, you would surely still have ya front bar and winch.

NAH.. It wasnt anyones fault but my own.. the front bar has been hitting ledges and logs for 5 years and something had to let go .

the front bar is fine and no bolts broke.. what let go was the chassis.( it ripped the chassis off).
also other damage on it..bent rear chassis.front steering arm.tie rod. rear control arms.

i will make a decision next week what to do.
1. repair it all
2.leave in the garage and in 6- 12 months buy another and put my goodies on it.

Well done to TLCC on the results and on the overall weekend, the 2 new stages were awesome! I did better than average on both, yay! Always a top weekend, Kamikaze came 5th overall this year not as good as previous years but still an excellent result with 2 first timers! The surf had a fantastic weekend and drove a few of the courses really well, it was 1 of the few trucks that actually got to the 70 point marker on the spider with no penalties! (To bad he busted both cv's to do it) But as i said a fantastic weekend again!!! Congrats TLCC
if it has tit's, wheels or a motor you better have money

Yeah Thanks TLCC for a good weekend :D Hope Tony P is sitting down and relaxing by now.

As always nothing is perfect.
Did feel pretty sorry for the guy running track 1 on Saturday. It didn't have the most helpful crew working with him on the event  They only seemed to help when Tony P was near by  I think the Nepean boys helped him more!

Another wet willowglen... Even had hail this year...
Thanks to all from tlcc, great event, loved the new stages.
Bit dissapointed to have only driven 7 out of 8 events, but thats the luck of the draw sometimes....There were others in the same boat.
Congrats to Charles 2nd..... Well done
Steve, i reckon you should just make up a new bar and continue with the gu a bit more....We hav 3 round of tough tracks to do next year, remember????/

We appreciate your thoughts and words, The understanding and acceptance shown by the teams regarding stage and rule changes that we had to make due to the very very wet conditions was also much appreciated.
Some of the driving skills shown by the teams in the terrible conditions were nothing short of brilliant.
On behalf of the TLCC Willowglen organisers thanks for all your cooperation. It makes it all worthwhile.
I have to say even though I am extremely proud of my own club team for securing the Team Trophy I would like to congratulate you all.

Thanks Tony

My first Willowglen and I loved the weekend - thanks to TLCC for hosting and organising a great event. Special thanks to Tony from me for the guidance to the camp area during the downpour on Friday night - I would never have found them without you!

Ive posted a few pics taken over the weekend on my Facebook site -
If you want a copy of any of them, just let me know.
