Currently doing a 3RZ conversion to my 4Runner, have done a search but didn't find what I am looking for.
I am after how people have gone about with high pressure fuel lines when carrying out a conversion to EFI.
I am thinking flexible fuel hose for the return and evap, and using flexible fuel hose with crimped ends for the high pressure line. Is this how most people have done it or do you use solid lines.
Also how have you gone mounting it to the chassis.

Fuel Lines for EFI Engine Conversion
Moderators: toaddog, TWISTY, V8Patrol, Moderators
use the original solid lines that are mounted to chassis and change the rubber lines at each end for suitable fuel injection rated stuff.
if you need an extra line for evap etc use rigid line same as original can buy it from repco etc im pretty sure or VPW sell it on line.

Now doing general fab work and painting
trays, trailers, engine swaps on request, some tube work, silo section sliders, rust repairs, ute chops etc

For the evap etc lines i used the original bundy pipe that went down the chassis rails from the original carby motor.
For the feed and return lines, i used flexy hose that was rated for fuel injection.
Has worked out great, dont see a problem with doing it in a 4skin.
Dont necessarily need to use crimped ends or anything, my fuel rail feed had a simple short piece of pipe which i slid the hose over and used a worm clamp. The return line didnt even have clamps from factory in the car i ripped the motor out of.
