Is it safe to grind a jamed bolt off which is right beside my fuel tank?

its a sealed prociprecal!

if its not leaking there will be no issue, grind away
85 high roof 1.3, 6.5 tc, air lockers,ruf and 34 swampers. yep its an ugly pos.

Fill the tank with petrol. Petrol doesnt burn, Just the vapour. Keep an extinguisher handy but you will be 100% fine

Just don't concentrate your grinder sparks in one area maybe enough to heat the tank up enough to cause BANG. Probally an obvious point to make.
Anything is possible, it just comes down to time and money.

Yea it is. As stated fuel doesnt burn or explode. If there is no empty space in the tank above the fuel there is no vapour to ignite inside the tank. Tanks explode due to the vapour inside igniting causing expansion and a split tank then fuel everywhere vapourising then chain reaction BOOM
