hey, can anyone offer any advice on how i can get the new fuel pump to fit in my 95 sierra 1.3 carb, it is identical to the original but it just wont go in far enough. is there a trick to this or just real fiddly

There is no trick really, just make sure the push rod is in as far as it can go, and put it on straight.
