Nopes.

u can remove easily.

take flange nut off and then drum and then unbolt the drum assuembly.

after of course u will have to put the flange and nut back on. U may need a new/difference flange..

I have a toyota 4runner coil rear in mine and plan on using a hilux rear shaft which will fit perfect with handbrake assembly removed, just needed to know if it was possible. I can buy an adapter flange for sierra
t-case to lux t-shaft so im set.

Funny that I just received my Suzuki case to Toyota driveshaft flange today.

But are you telling me the flange wont work with the drum park brake?

Not at all, i'am running a lux tailshaft and need it gone so it fits lengthwise or i'll have to have it shortened, i do not know if it will work on the h-brake flange.
