Fitting snorkel on 80

As above. headed down to bunnings today to get the 92mm hole saw required, dont have any, closest is 95mm an its $50 odd. Anyone had to do this before know where i can pick one up or want to re-coup some of the $$$ spent on the one u bought. Seems bit heafty seeing as will only use it once.

trade tools is much better i think they are about 20 -25 bucks and they have the whole range of sizes

i marked out my circle in texta and drilled a series of small holes just inside the line and cut between them tin snips, then used a half round file (could use a big round file) to smooth it out,

sounds like tooo much hard work to me

I used the plasma cutter with a block of wood on the inside of the guard

all done in less than 40 seconds :cool:

What I used. Just put on plenty of masking tape.
