td42 and td42t injectors

can anyone tell me if there is any difference between the 2 types.my car is a 2000 gu td42t and is was tld that a standard injector would not not be the same,something about the number1 injector being different on the td42t.
moter engine is not intercooled.

any help would be great.

i am not sure about the TD42T but the TD42Ti has a needle lift sensor in the number 1 injector, this has something to do with a ECU that Nissan put into the TD42Ti with the EGR valve, just timing regulation for the EGR. if you have a TD42T without IC then TD42 injectors should be fine
