Ive searched right across the net and cant find any good pics of 4x4's with air bag suspension flexing. There are heaps of air bags fitted, going up and down on flat terrain. But none of actual flex??
I understand that people link the air bags from either front to rear, or side to side and putting a locking solinoid in the line to allow for more flex (other than doing it manually) But I havent yet seen any good flex pics.. little help??

Thats your old air bagged hilux?? Did you have them valved from side to side?
Ive got prices for everthing. But still reluctant to go full airbag. I was going to go airbag ontop of coils (works out to a 75mm body lift ontop of your spring lift. But at the end of the day. Its just easier to go straight coils.
Otherwise id end up small coils that dont tuck propperly. 7" lift and at the flick of a button will take it to 15" lift. Transport will love me

i put 79 series front diff
surf rear with 80 series links to make it travel
bags were individually controlled by pneumatic valves plus selectable bypass across each axle
they travel pretty well even (much better than coils) with out the bypas selected you need to use the right type of bags though you need the rolling sleeve type not the bellows type
the new truck (80 series chassis) runs same system with improvements
ie 150 psi bottle px and 3/8 lines
would never go back to coils
never had any dramas with punctures etc i just carry a spare bag just in case spare bags are about 200 bucks
air bags have a 10 year service life and dont sag like coils
so they make economic sense
thats before all the benifits
i dont really care i love em heaps of knockers say what if what if
in the end it only takes 25 min to change one if you break it and that has never happened and i dont drive like grandma i put every one of those dents in that old lux and the not from shopping trolleys mainly logs and trees
