Ok im new to v8 diesels.
It has a slight heating problem.
How do i make sure it is a 6.5 not a 6.2?
Some models had a serpentine belt, when v belt pulleys are fitted it actually makes the water pump spin the wrong way, which way is the right way?
Should i install a pyrometer?
Thanks for the help

Call Linquip or Brunswick diesels. They will give you 100% correct answers
On another 4wd site.....owned by a monthly 4wd magazine, there is a great thread in general tech regarding 6.5 chev diesels.
It's got heaps of info on Vee belts v's serpintine, what direction water pump you need for what type, part numbers even. And heaps of other stuff as well.
It's at about 25 pages, takes ages to read and has heaps of good tech.
25 pages and it stayed on topic too
