starter motor noise gq

just wondering if any knows why my gq td4.2 starter motor would make a reving noise when coming down a steep hill in low range using gears to slow any advise appreciated

sure its not gearbox gear chatter? My old rig was pretty bad for a 'revving' type whine under load down hills

i was sure :?
i dont think its gearbox because it keeps going when im stopped.
it also makes my lights dim when there on and it happens
