zooks have heaters august is fine! if it was summer we'd be cooked.
grimbo just put down a date that suits you (being the driving force) that way we can all gear up for it . ii believe some of us want it ealier due to there currantly being no date to aim for, just dont make it the week end before the 19th of Oct,

or my missus is gunna have to get someone else to run her 30th, (thats no sex for at least a year punishment).

suppose we could combine the two :D
if its worth doing do it intensly , better still do it with MADPASSION

excellent. Brrrrrrrrrrr better pack some thermals. I can help you Sam just can't commit to doing it all due to trip.

The main things are we need to get some confirmed numbers, organise some portaloos for the site. Find out about the insurance side and what sort of fee Cal wants to spend. If we keep it as a social weekend rather than an event it will help with the running and organising side of things.

it will also be the perfect time for Antt to preview his SAS Vitara :D

Sam,

I presume - and just to clarify - that we should PM our names to you if we are definately interested in coming along.

And then, based upon the date chosen, we will have a chance to confirm that we are then able / unable to come right?

Thanks mate.

NB - extreem - i think this will answer your queries too.

Grimbo - it says from July on - i.e. starting from july until the year 99999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999 etc...

Doh

Well if we do october, the weather is better :cross fingers: people have time to get ready and organised :I might have a Zuk on the road by then: so what about October 1 (Fri) - 4 (Mon) which is a holiday for you NSW and ACt crew so no excuses!

People to arrive on the Friday do stuff on the Sat & Sun and everyone go home on the Monday.

People will need to be self sufficient for the days there so all camping and food and water will need to be brought. Not sure about fuel availability at Berridale will find out.

There you go a decision has been made :D :finger:

so thats the date set than? good see you all there .

lets not turn it into a tuff truck affair (on off on off) if thats the date lets just get down there and watch Greg and Tim flog each other to death opposed to talking each other to death. LETS GET IT AWNN (said in the voice of UFC referee)
if its worth doing do it intensly , better still do it with MADPASSION
