hey boys i know u guys are nuts bout rovers so i figured u would be the best to ask. ive found an old rangie in a mates padock at his new house
its a 78 model v8 2door but ive neva seen one thats a factory convertable ute.......well im asuming its factory coz if sumones changed it they did a remarkable job. ive neva seen one b4 so was curious to see if anyone else has and how rare these things are in australia?

yer maybe a custom job but if it is its perfect coz its not like the backs just been hacked off with a tray, its still has the original body lines the whole length of the car and the tailgate opens from the outside :S its realy unique. got a full removable top with a standard rollbar in it. its realy got me stumped huh

Without a picture it's hard to tell but I know of another one up here on the Coast that LOOKS like a factory convertible, it's that well done but it's not as they didn't make a convertible at the factory. Some customs getting around but not factory.
