I'm guessing the unit has been programmed for certain channels (like mines, ports etc) and you want it back to stock factory settings? We get our work ones done at a place called National Wireless here in the valley. Any new (voice) CB will have 22 & 23 locked out.
I was just pointing out to anyone who may not know, that it is not only illegal to use a radio on a licenced band without a licence, its illegal to own or possess a licenced-band radio without a licence to operate it.
Although detection is hard, the fines can be quite substantial...
