hey guys,

have searched and found nothing.

Fittig new arb deluxe winch bar to 09 sr5 hilux.'

Any tps or hints, or anything i should be aware of??
94 zook, 2" body lift, 30.5" bfg muddies, custom bar, warn 8000, 240 XGT's, extractors and 2" exhaust.

its heavy...will take you a while....and you'll need someone else to help you lift the bar up on the mounts.

Make sure it all aligned properly before you tighten the bolts fully and drill through the mount with the final mounting bolts.

bout all I can recommend. take your time and do it right first time round.

Shouldnt be too hard to fit, will do it in a few hours. Will post pics when its done.

you will also need the template because im pretty sure on that model you need to cut the front bar

yyou dont need to cut the front bar....you get rubber garnish the bolts to the top of the bar and moulds under the headlights...the top of the bar fits nicely bellow the grille.

good old arb i think tjm has designed a bar now where u dont have to cut the bar either but it looks like an arb rip off..

you shouldnt have much trouble fitting it then but id give ya self a bit more than a few hours especially if you dont have a hoist
