Ok...
So this is now where things stand.
My Toy Converted diffs now reside at the residence of def90 and my 37" Creepies have found a new home in Grafton with MQCRAZY. In their place are some 40" Comp spec Trepadors and 2 steer Mog404 axels.
The Treps:

These tyres a massively bigger than the 37" Creepies that I had and I doubt that I could have made them fit Bob without at least 6" susp lift and lengthening the wheelbase. They are incredibly soft and I can't wait to get them on the rocks.
So on Sunday I went up to Nottie Enterprises and Nottie and I removed Bob's diffs...and stood there looking at him. We were supposed to swap them under def90's Wombat, but I guess we thought that there is no time like the present. So we started on Bob.
Off came the doors. Out came the seats. The rear tailgate and windows....and then OFF CAME THE ROOF
You can see the Mog diff just behind the steel at the back of the shed.
So the specs of what is to come are as follows:
Rover 3.5 V8 - Supercharged if I can get it cheap enough.
C4 Auto reverse gated and manualised.
LT230 with 5:1 gears.
Part-time conversion and rear disconnect on LT.
Front and rear steer 404s disc braked and pinion converted.
Hyrdo steer.
40" Comp spec Trepadors.
Cutting brakes.
Coil-overs or hybrid air/coil-overs.
And all the other stuff that every wheeler needs.
