just wondering i wanna run 31x10.5x15 on 15x8 rims, is this gonna work

depends on what tyre .. Yes it will work, but it will be less than the best option.. Go 15x7's if possible.

yep just like bogged said, go with 15x7 rims for 31s, they should be pretty cheap.
check the tyres classifieds on this very website, im sure theres always someone selling 15x7 rims.
