Are these on just petrol or both petrol and diesel??

The car is a 90 model hilux

Um, all cars have voltage regulators.

Are you asking if there internal, or external for your vehicle?

the 4x4 diesel 90 model will be a 70a internally regulated alt.
no idea on the petty.

yea i just found out today about them being internal or external.


the reason i ask is because ive done a cab swap both are 90 models but the cab i picked up has external . my original cab has internal regulator. and both have completly different wiring harness's but both have 3L on the compliance plate

i guess im going to have to bite the bullet and swap the harness around :cry:
