35 mtrs. And yes I know the diffs won't take it. I will upgrade them but still deciding on what. MQ or Hilux Bundera, But today I was thinking rocky diffs they are ment to be as tough as nails arn't they. Don't know about parts availabilty or pumpkin location though. and the stud pattern will stay the same, I think.

Why wont they "take it" .. ?? what sort of terrian are you running ?
I run 35 claws etc they have held up reasonably for the last 5 years .. sure there have been dramas along the way .. but I have also destroyed Transfer cases and gearbox's to ..,. I think you will be suprised how well the Zuk stuff can stand up ..

Comes down to the terrain, if it is like most Vic conditions, mud and slippery surfaces you should be ok. If you are doing lots of rock then maybe consider bigger diffs. Also depends on driving style as long as you are gentle and thoughtful with the go pedal you will be surprised what the Zuk stuff can handle

I wold run with it to start with and see how it goes ... if it holds together and you can keep up to maintaining it .. then do it .. But I guess i would nto drop $$$ into stuff unless from experiance I knew I needed it ..

I use the pretty inneffective handbrake along with the low range and 1st gear ... seems to hold reasonable for me.
Still looks good .. No other tyre looks as cool as a bogger ...

Along with trimmed guards (to lower it a bit) you know you want to ... if you can cut and shut the body that neat, you can do the guards as well surely...

The boggers measure 815 high and 340 wide with wieght on them. they cost me $750 with the rims. I think they are third or fourth hand. but with a inch or more of tread who cares. Heres some more pictures of the tray with the supports for bar and the start of the shoky towers they are gunna look as tough as the tyres I recon

The tray looks good, and great to see you going longer shock towers as well, only question is .. have you considered how far the shocks err "swing" durng articulation ..

Nice tray looks like mine. As Guy said might want to consider making those towers a tad bigger as you will find that if say the shock body is 2" round you will need probably 4" of opening for it to cycle through when articulating. the last thing you want is the tray to dent or split your shocks or for it to restrict travel

The holes I cut in the back of my tub for the shocks to come through were about 100mm across - so i guess 4" pretty much... But you can use a bit of fancy maths to get the holes exact if you really wanted to (based on travel and angles).

It is four inch pipe I am using for the towers. I have alowed a fair bit of swing. the shocks are angled in more than the towers are at ride hite. so as it swings it straightens up in the tower. I was hoping to get shocks with a boot rather than a metal collar to give it that bit more room to beath as well.
