3.0L vs 3.5 litre

Post by TMZ_MK »

About to buy my first 4x4, pretty much set on a pajero as i want a comfy daily and a cabable fourbie for the weekends. Im looking at two at the momment, a 93 gls with rego and a safety cert for around 5grand and a 94 exceed with no rego or safety cert but its the 3.5. The gls has had the motor recon'd with reciepts to prove and pretty much has everything i want, lift kit, good tyres etc. However ive been told the 3.5 litre in the pajero is much better than the 3.0? the exceed also looks like a clean truck, has leather etc, both done around 250 thousand. Im just wondering if i should spend a bit extra and go with the 3.5 if its that much better of a motor? any advice appreciated
