Hey all
My brother bought a brand spanka dual cab D4D SR5 hilux and took delivery 4 weeks ago. Last weekend we spent 3 days at Fraser island. The Luxy perform effortlessly, and he is absolutely wrapped with everything..........................
EXCEPT.........
When refueling we noticed the rear of the cab just below the back of the window is hiting the front of the tub on both sides, denting and scratching the cab. It has a factory fitted hard cover and that is what is actually connecting with the cab. There appears to be a decent amount of clearance between the cab and the body. But when you bump the roll bar the the cab seems to wobble around a bit.
Has anybody else had any problems with this???

A few people on the new hilux forum have had the same thing happened. Heres is the thread on it.

When I installed the bodylift in mine I noticed the holes on the chassis mounts are a fair bit larger then the bolt dia. If you loosen them off you should have a noticable amount of adjustment for where your tub sits.
