I don't know of anything specific to a forerunner as they ultimately are a wagon, However i would assume that a hilux tub liner of the same vintage would be a very similar shape.
Short of that if it is only the floor area you require to be lined you can buy universal rolls of rubber for alloy trays that you can cut to suit.

I bought a $30 one from Supercheap, had a profile moulded in so you can cut around the lines to suit the cargo area. Was nice thick rubber too!

Either that, or try clark rubber etc for sheets of rubber.
