gu patrol loud creek in front end

Post by hedgy »

i own a turbo 4.8 nissan patrol. Recently fitted snake racing arms to it as it has 5 inch lift. Not sure whether co-incidence or not, but took castor plates out to replace with snake arms and now each time i turn a corner or go over wash-out up bush it makes a major loud creek in front end. My other thoughts were maybe steering box?????? Any thoughts would be much appreciated.

Could be front body mounts.

Happened to me once. The control arms bolts on the diff went loose. Once day I discovered that the bolst was GONE. New bolt and lock nut solved the issue. Noise gone !

GU CREEK IN FRONT

All 4 castor bolts were shagged. Bought 4 new h/tensile and big lock nuts, greased all up then problem is now fixed. Horny work.
