hilux transfer case question

Post by hiluxmad »

i am adapting a gear driven case onto my r150 box for a v8 conversion
will the top shift levers etc in my chain driven case fit in my new gear driven one.
by this i mean the internal selectors rather than the actual shifter lever.
any help would be much appreciated as i dont want to pull it apart and find it wont fit

that was the hope.
i am using the gear drive case so i can put low range gears in but the gear drive case is forward shift and it needs to be top shift to fit behind the r150 box.
i am happy enough to buy a kit to convert it if i have to but just thought i would use what i had if i could
