My GQ is blowing Smoke.
My GQ is blowing Smoke.
As Above, It's a TB42E. It's fine on Gas with no probs there.
Things i'v replaced or changed or Checked.
Brand New Plugs,
Brand New Leads,
Brand New Dizzy Cap,
Brand New Fuel Pump,
Fuel Pressure Reg Off Running Car,
Fuel Injectors Off Running Car (All tick and have a resistace of 12.6 Ohm),
Fuel Rail Look clean and is off running car.
Checked Air Flow Meter in smillier GQ with no probs found with it.
But still runs rough idle and blows smoke, Was way worse before but it's still bad now.
Any other things it could be?

Thinking it may be vacuum hose's too.naif wrote:disconnect the battery overnight, see if it resets itself,
or purchase an ecutalk cable to plug a laptop in and veiw faultcodes and engine data.
and was gonna try the battery disconnect after i look for lose hoses'.
do you know where to get the eco talk cable and the software from?

comes with drivers cd which also contains variouse different softwares, ive got like 5 or more different softwares that all work with the patrol ecu.
Pretty sure the fuel pressure reg runs off vacuum.. with the hoses off 294KPa with then on 214-255Kpa i belive. i havnt been home to check the hoses yet.
