Can't help with the cruiser kit, but I have a DTS kit (assembled and sold by MTQ) on my current hilux (2.8D) and I can't fault it. I've fitted a few different kits to other hiluxs and have found the DTS kit to be the best so far. Well put together kit with easy to follow instructions for those less experienced and very helpful and unbiased backup. They even went out of their way to find some of their parts to fit another manufacturers kit which I had laying around that wasn't complete.
I have no affiliation with the company or their staff, but I was very happy with their customer service and will not hesitate to use them again in the future.

Just reading the fine print. It says exhaust system is not included and an added extra. Although there it is clear as a bell in the pictures of what he's selling. So I think its a bit of a rip for 3k with no exhuast.

The picture also doesn't show the back half of the exhaust manifold, unless you use your existing for this kit.

I paid 1500 for a second hand DTS kit for my 2.8 hilux. Everything fitted perfectly, nothing needed any adjustment or needed to be held at just the right angle to fit, the kit just worked. It ran perfectly for the 200,000 it was on the vehicle as well.

You could also ring MTQ and ask them for a kit price as well. One website has a new dts kit for a 3L motor for $2567+delivery

I'm very happy with my Turbo Glide kit for my 3B engine - hasn't missed a beat (touch wood). It has a Garret Turbo as well. The 1HZ kit is their most popular kit - I think the owner said he does about 10 of those a week.

why have such a small picture, and why only one picture? I would not buy unless there was more photos available, and close ups on what you get.......

find out what turbo it uses and go from there as this is the main part where quality counts. the gaskets, lines and all the pipes are standard after market stuff. The exhaust in these sort of kits usually only go as far as connecting the turbo to the existing exhaust rather then replacing the lot. Short answer is you're better off with a whole new exhaust (3 inch) to go with the turbo.

The turbo glide kits are worth a look in. they are cheaper again.
