Adjustable lower control arms

Post by fatassgq »

O.K be nice as I am a nissan virgin!!
I just want to know about pinion angles on a lifted gq.
I have just bought one with a 5-6" lift in the springs and I think I might need adjustable longer lower control arms.
The pinion angle is angled up towards the t.c and it looks like the springs have a slight bow in them out the back. The bumpstop pad has also put a small dent in the shock.

Am I correct in thinking that longer lower control arms will remedy this? Do the upper arms need attention also??? The way the tray is set up I dont have a lot of room to move the diff back a long way.

Curve in spring not too big a deal.
If shocks getting hit put a spacer behind shock eye like the OME extended bushes.
