5L holden into 75

Just wondering if any has put a 5L into there 75. If so had any issues? got a 3f. anything id havta replace to make stronger besides clutch

Dunno what 75 cvs are like compared to anything else, but maybe they might get a bit of a tickle with some hp through em off road, and yeah may need to go to single piece rear shaft

Didn't the same drivetrain come with a 1FZ-FE at the front of it?

Did this conversion to mine when i had it. Had no problems other than the rear tailshaft that broke doing a burnout on the road.

i have a 308 in my bj73, only real problem has been over heating. the radiator is a 4 core unit, i removed the air condenser, fitted a 16 inch thermo fan to the front and spaced the back of the bonnet up 25 mm. still gets hot on the free way sometimes.
