XWC Rules
As you can see there have only been minor changes to the rules this year.
Production has had a few changes to make it eaiser for those that want to compete.
Just remember there is an event for all vehicles.

5F. Suspension/Steering
Allowed:-
•Aftermarket springs, shocks, panhard and radius rods.
•Offset castor correction bushes.
•3” lift.
Not allowed:-
•Changing the original spring, bump stop and shock absorber mounting points.
•Altering wheelbase more then 35mm of standard.
•Increase track by more then 50mm.
•Dual shock absorbers.
•Non genuine, hydraulic or air bump stops.
•Powered or manually operated active suspension that adjusts each wheel individually.
•Extended shackles/hangers.
•Aftermarket front control arms.
•Drop boxes.
•Spring over.

XWC Rules
No they are not.
I have never heard of the front control arms refered to as a radius rod.
But to clear up your question the "Radius Rods" in question relates to the 4 rear radius rods on the rear of say:- Patrol or Cruiser with coils.
