im running hilux double cardans front and rear on mine - i had brand new ones made up (extended splines etc plus adaptor plate for different hole pattern) - was about $600ea from memory - so not cheap. You can do it cheaper with 2nd hand parts and a bit of bodge work on the holes, but mine had to pass engineering.

Why do you think you need one? Most double cardan joints don't allow more angle than a uni. They are used where it's impossible to match the angles on two unis. (Like in the front of a hilux) The reason they don't allow more angle in total is that when you use a DC shzft, you need to run ALL the angle on the DC, and effectively none on the uni at the other end.

If you want to run a DC on, say, the back of a vitara because you currently have vibration, you'll need to roll the pinion of the diff at at the same time so take the angle out of the uni and move it all to the transfer case end.
