80 Ser Gear boxes

Hey there, can nyone tell me if a 5 speed manual box and an auto box out of an 80 Ser will match to the same mounting on the motor?

if your swapping boxes yes and no. the crossmember is in different locations

I think the main question is if the 5 speed from a 1HZ would fit the auto
from a 3FE motor.
