Fuel shutoff solenoid on the carb.... take a wire to the solenoid wire direct from the battery + terminal, make sure you can hear/feel it click (connect to the solenoid end first so not to cause a spark near the carb/fuel).... with this wire still connected, try to start it.... though it should do something if you've tried with aerostart without this.....
If no go, check points for cracked spring... ask me how I know and check coil for correct low voltage wire orientation....

i would attempt to tow start it for a few hundred meters then look at borrowing coils etc if it does not start.
im sure that you can see fuel mist in the carby when you pump it.
