can any body tell me if a 80 series front diff center will fit in a 100 series solid axle 99 model 6 cyclinder petrol auto it is a constant 4wd does this matter

I'm pretty sure the centres were the same, just the swivel hubs were different but it's been a while since I looked at a hunjy front. Nevertheless, post bewbs or GTFO.

I was looking into this when I changed from an 80 to 100 series, general consensus was that the centres could be changed, I didn't end up doing it as the 100 series diesel runs a 4.3 ratio compared to the 80 series 4.1 so with bigger tyres as well would be a backward step, I wanted to change mine over to transfer the airlocker.
